Taiwan only letterboxed release.

A pan & scan edition of this film was released in the U.S. under the alternate title "The Surgeon" as [ID3500AP]. Includes theatrical trailers for "Baja" and "Alien Terminator" at the beginning of side one. Total running time including these trailers is 104 minutes. It is impossible to say for certain where the disc was made due to a total lack of mint markings. However, since there are no "rings of dashes" in the inner and outer blank areas, it does not appear to have come from PDO UK. The back of the jacket wrongly states that the disc has DTS sound.
