Contains the first 2 OVAs, along with the Harmony Gold produced English dub for Part 2 (as a separate disc) with English audio, and hard-coded Japanese subtitles, used as an English teaching tool. Set also contains an art card with artwork my Haruhiko Mikimoto.

The digital audio tracks of Megazone 23 and Megazone 23 Part II are the music and sound effects without dialogue. The English version of Megazone 23 Part II has the dub on both the digital and analog audio tracks without any such multi-audio option.
