It is impossible to say for certain where the disc was made due to a total lack of mint markings. However, my best guess would be Kuraray. The width of the inner blank area is the same, and there is a narrow ring which resembles the one normally seen on Kuraray products. The subtitles are outside of the picture almost all of the time. They only appear on the picture when two lines of Taiwanese characters are required for the translation.
