Japan only release.

Japanese subtitles appear on-screen only during spoken interludes between the songs.

The same title was re-issued in 1996 with a side folded OBI and priced down to 3495 yen as [VALZ-2130].

It seems that the jacket artwork was taken directly from the packaging of a VHS tape release of this title. The lower left corner of the front of the jacket bears the text, "VHS Colour 55 Mins. Approx. CASH 5037". This appears to include the reference number for the VHS release. This text was removed in the artwork on the 1996 re-issue.

Includes a 2-sided black & white insert, in Japanese on one side, and with English lyrics to the songs on the other. It features a "Videoarts Heavy Metal Videography", listing other available titles, which was removed on the insert for the 1996 re-issue.
