This appears to be a re-issue of [SEL0340A91] with totally different cover art and disc labels. This version features the alternate title, "Pretty Executive", in large print on both the jacket and disc labels. The film's original title, "Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead", only appears in very small print below this alternate title. Only "Pretty Executive" is shown on the jacket spine. However, the original title appears in the opening title sequence. Jacket wrongly lists running time as 95 minutes, the same as the other release.
