It is impossible to say for certain where the disc was manufactured, due to a total lack of mint markings. However, my best guess would be Kuraray. The width of the inner blank area is the same, and there is a narrow ring which resembles the one normally seen on Kuraray products. Jacket wrongly lists running time as 88 minutes.

In a direct side-by-side comparison with the uncut U.S. release [LD69963], I discovered three scenes with missing footage, as follows:

• Two short passages of dialog have been deleted from the first scene with Ernst Heller in the sheriff's office.
• There are a few seconds of dialog missing during the scene at Sheriff Braddock's house when he is talking to his wife about Jenny.
• The gory footage has being removed when the demon rips Danny's head off and tosses it on the ground. You can hear the sounds of this, but cannot see it happening. The video portion has been replaced with footage of Marcie and Peter running through the woods. In fact, this creates a continuity error, as those two characters had already been killed by the demon a few moments earlier!
