Evidently, this title was reissued, or the reference number was changed for some reason. Note the presence of the "OL-154" in the Kuraray mint markings. My copy has small stickers applied to the disc labels changing the reference number to OL-289. However, there was no such change made on the jacket. The reference number printed in the jacket spine is OL-289.
