The unusual reference number appears to be related to the fact that the front of the jacket bears the name and logo of WorldStar Video Distribution Co. Ltd. However, the back of the jacket also bears the name and logo of Mei Ah Laser Disc. The jacket wrongly states that the disc is Cantonese only, but the disc labels are correctly marked bilingual.
