Sides 1-3 are CAV, side 4 is CLV. Transfer of film (sides 1-3) is Academy Ratio as shot, although it was shown in theatres at 1.66:1, so is effectively open matte, & some anomalies occur the top & bottom of the picture. No TOC.

Side 4 includes:

  • A production documentary "Project A-Ko Secret File", shot partly in Los Angeles (about 28 minutes)
  • French theatrical trailer
  • Japanese trailer & TV spots
  • A "digest" of the film (about 8 minutes)
