The unusual reference number appears to be related to the fact that the front of the jacket bears the name and logo of World Star Video Distribution Co. Ltd. in the lower left corner. However, the back of the jacket shows the name and logo of Mei Ah Laserdisc. The jacket wrongly states that the disc is Cantonese only, but the disc labels are correctly marked bilingual. The program appears to have been shot on videotape, perhaps for Hong Kong television.
