Comes with a black and white insert indicating members of Aura, Recording Staff, Video Staff, Jacket Staff, and notes of 'Special Thanks'.

Opposite side of this insert has the song lyrics for the three video chapters of this disc- 1) Trick The Life 2) Yesterday 3) Smile & Smile

There's an interesting note just post the song lyrics of chapter #2 Yesterday. It indicates in Japanese (loose translation), "P.S. 10 years have passed since then, and I'm living with him again, and I'll continue to sing forever."
