The unusual reference number is somehow related to the fact that Long Shang Picture Limited is shown on the disc label as the copyright holder of the film. However, the packaging is typical of World Video & Supply, the name and logo shown on the jacket.

The disc label wrongly states that the disc has digital sound. The jacket wrongly states that the disc is bilingual and lists the running time as 100 minutes.

Multiple versions of this cover exist. It appears the World Video covers were distributed in the United States and maybe other places. Indonesia has this same disc, including mint marks, with a completely different jacket and no mention of World Video. I have confirmed this with multiple copies from different places.
