Although most of the disc has no dialog, there is a brief spoken introduction in the English language. This is similar to the other entries in the series, but is the only one to have the word "Nagomi" in the title. Consisting of swirling kaleidoscopic images (mostly of flowers and trees) set to electronic music, the disc includes one pair of modified 3D glasses.
