The discs are packaged in two individual standard type jackets with different artwork. Each side begins with an extensive still frame section featuring quiz questions and answers. At the end of each side is a still frame section featuring 63 maps showing various parts of the world with member countries of international, political, or economic coalitions. Although there are no chapters encoded, the program is divided into ten study units as follows:
