Contains two movies:

  • The Magnificent Ambersons Internet Movie Database LaserDisc Database
  • Journey into Fear Internet Movie Database LaserDisc Database

Presented in a black and silver gatefold sleeve, the front cover shows one film, the rear cover shows the other. Technical and chapter information is provided inside the gatefold and also on a three page, six sided insert.

The disc of Journey Into Fear contains the alternate European cut which has alternate conventional titles, footage cut from the US release, has a different ending and is without the voice over narration. However the US cut has some footage on board the ship not in this version.

The European cut was rediscovered a few years ago. Neither cut is the original 91 min version and it is still unclear how each version was made and with how much input from Welles.
