1999 release of the complete "original tape" concert at Hurrah in New York on November 1, 1979. A truncated, 43-minute version was previously released as [ALLA-83] and [ALLA-9701].

Jacket art features high quality foil printing. Barcode and some details are only on an outer sleeve obi sticker. Inserts include a small, rectangular sheet of stickers and a similar-sized 4-page booklet featuring track list, production credits, and detailed notes about the 1979 "Trans Atlantic Tour", including a breakdown of what instruments/equipment the live band members used.
