Though this disc makes extensive use of still-frames within the main program, there are no PSCs encoded so requiring all pause/step actions to be manually executed by the viewer (often preceded by rather amusing countdowns that involves leaves falling, candles going out, glasses filling, etc.)

Also included is a pink printed card that describes the exercises, disc features, and scoring tables for the questionnaires.
