Much of the disc is made up of footage of jellyfish and other similar marine lifeforms set to music, with no spoken dialog. However, about the last 13 minutes consists of a short documentary on the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Most of this segment is in English with Japanese subtitles, but parts have a dubbed Japanese narration track with no subtitles. Includes a 2-sided color insert.
