Recorded live at Carnegie Hall, October 21, 1991 with Robert McDonald at the piano.

On the inside of the gatefold cover is written info about the concert at Carnegie Hall, as well as information about the composers and their works played in this concert. There is also a small column about Midori and Robert McDonald. This is printed in English, German, French and Italian. On a sheet of paper inside the cover is the transcript of the intermission documentary "About Midori", translated into German, French and Italian.

Also found inside the cover is a small booklet: The "1992 Laser Disc Catalogue" (from the Sony Group). It lists available titles from Columbia-Tristar, upcoming relaeses from SMV Enterprises and Sony Classical. The last page is filled with an advertisement for the Sony MDP650 MultiDisc Player, available in October 1992. On the backside is a list of Sony Centre addresses in the United Kingdom.
