As usual for a very old 3M pressing, there are no matrix numbers nor is there any mint markings indicating the disc was manufactured by 3M. The manufacturer's identity was printed printed on the disc label.

My copy has suffered from severe laser rot on both sides. The picture has some blue and red speckles as well as a generally noisy picture along with distorted analog audio.

The aluminum on the disc itself appeared to have developed a whitish haze.
