The first chapter, approximately 3 minutes in length and numbered 0, features an introduction by composer/performer/rock historian Max Carl. Japanese subtitles appear on-screen only during Carl's spoken segments between the videos. Includes a single-sided color insert, in Japanese. Jacket wrongly lists running time as 57 minutes.
