Chapter 57 is the theatrical trailer. This release contains a number of improvements over the USA LaserDisc release #LDDB=ML102427, including:

  • An overture (lasting 2'16").
  • Correct video and audio during the prologue (lasting 1'18"). The USA LD release incorrectly displays a black screen instead of the battlefield footage.
  • An entr'act (i.e. an intermission lasting 3'25").
  • Improved colors. The USA LD looks washed out by comparison.
  • A wider screen image, with more picture information on the far left and right sides.
