On-screen title is "The Cat Woman".

One of the earliest known releases on the LaserDisc Entertainment label, manufactured on 29th June 1991 and released in July of that year. Although there's no mention of LaserDisc Entertainment on the sleeve (which retains the typical Image Entertainment design), their logo does appear on the disc label.
