This issue consists of two separate video publications. "THE EVER POPULAR TORTURED ARTIST EFFECT" (T.E.P.T.A.E.) was produced, directed and written by Todd Rundgren. This video was commissioned in 1980 by London's Channel 4, and taped in Philadelphia, NYC and at Utopia Video. This LD also contains "VIDEOSYNCRACY," a bonus compilation containing three of Todd's classic music videos.

Quoting from the back cover, "This video (T.E.P.T.A.E.) is a dream realized for every Todd fan (and you know who you are)."
