This is the only volume in the US series to split an episode across two sides. Side one stops after the Silly Walk sketch ("la marche futile?"). (The cover also abbreviates "continued" poorly, as "con't", instead of "cont." or "cont'd".)

Side two, chapter two is located incorrectly, about 15 seconds before the end of episode 14, just before the pan to John Cleese's announcer. (Since episode 14 began with the same character, perhaps the person marking chapters suspected a trend.)
