The first pressing of this LD had an error: there is no sound in the rear left channel on side 3 (Dolby Digital track). Sides 1 and 2 are fine. A corrected version was later released.

I know of no way to distinguish the faulty version from the corrected one. Does anyone?

English subtitles appear below the picture when any Russian is spoken.

My copy has no rear left channel on side 3 too. Mint marks for side 3 are similar (59-236C1-003 D2020166).

My copy has rear left channel on side 3. Mint marks for side 3 are (59-236C2-004 D4151155). Maybe "C2" stands for 2nd version of side C?
