The problem on this release seems to be that the audio tracks were reversed: the music and effects track on the digital channels, with the film soundtrack on the analog channels. Some sound problems on Digital Tracks of Side 2 were also reported.

Was re-released using probably the same reference number, any way to distinguish between the two releases would be welcomed!

My copy of the disc has the same catalog and UPC numbers as indicated above, but differs in the following respects:

  • It has no score and effects tracks at all, just the film soundtrack on both the digital and analog channels;
  • It does have the audio problems (crackling sound) on the digital tracks (but not the analog) on side 2, starting at about the 52 minute mark;
  • It is not letterboxed, but 1.33:1 ratio.
