This version has a very strange typography error in the chapter listing. All of the chapters are in a list, except for chapter 21 and 22, that appear to be on the same line. It appears like this:

  • 20. McMurphy Returns
  • 21. “I gotta get out of here”21. The Ward Party
  • 23. The Morning After

It appears that whoever did the graphic design of this release forgot to press enter after chapter 21, and nobody else caught it and the error made it to print.

The mention of an error where chapter 21 & 22 are on same line is not an error. It is done that way on purpose because they could not fit the last line below chapter 28 because of the limitations of bottom of lines at left paragraph.
