Much confusion arises from the fact that the bilingual, closed-captioned Software Sculptors US release [SSLD9661] used the Japanese jacket design without ANY alterations, so that the package has the Victor spine number, and the correct catalog number is found ONLY on the English-language flap pasted to the back.
