Japan only release. Includes 2 page color insert with 3 full page illustrations, chapter list and an essay in Japanese as well as a SONY titles catalog.

Interestingly the Necronomicon [78LS-14] released advertised on the back of the obi doesn't show the actual cover, it might have been an earlier cover draft.
