Cover says 120 minutes, but it is more like 106 minutes including the special.

Special at the end of side 1: "Production Portfolio", showing design and character sketches.

Actually the only "hard"-subtitled parts are the episodes opening song, and occasions where there are signs or some japanese writing on screen. There are no subtitles without CC otherwise.
