Most of the footage here is taken from Live sets. Quality is pretty nice for a early 90s release. There's also a bunch of vignettes on AIDS inbetween the videos.

Of note, the C+C Music Factory footage looks incredibly horrible. Somewhere along the line, it seems as though the footage was given an extreme boost of Gamma / Contrast (ala Manga Entertainment's DVD release of End of Evangelion). There's no reason for this, since its from the 1991 MTV VMAs. I must assume this was either MTV's or Sony doing. As a side note, I've personally seen off-air recordings of that year's VMAs and it doesn't look this bad.
