Three known pressings of this title - all from Pioneer USA. The first pressing from 1983 had Image Entertainment on the labels. The "White Label" pressings had the title and side information, but no "video" label. The LaserDisc Entertainment pressing added a disclaimer at the start of side 1 for exemption from record-keeping requirements.

Surprisingly, every edition has the exact same jacket, proudly proclaiming Image Entertainment on the front and back covers.
