Although the back of the jacket says: LADY AND THE TRAMP is presented in it's original CinemaScope aspect ratio of 2:35.1, it is actually cropped from it's actual CinemaScope aspect ratio of 2:50.1.

This laserdisc never had an official recall, but it was missing some lyrics in the music and dialog of Aunt Sarah singing Rock-a-Bye Baby. When it was originally released, there was a replacement program where you could send in your laserdisc and get it replaced with a new laserdisc that had the sound corrected. However, most of the discs I have seen today still have the defective soundtrack, very few people replaced them.
