Trailer also included as a special feature, with Stephen King's name edited out of the voice-over (and a note about the edit on the frame before the trailer starts).

This laserdisc includes the Stephen King mention in the opening credits. Shortly after the four executive producers, over a shot of Angelo and the next shot of Peter getting smacked, it says "Based on a Short Story by STEPHEN KING". Confirmed on a disc bearing similar mint marks.
