The featurette on the making of EFNY is a 10+ minute interview with John Carpenter circa 1994 discussing the making of the film. I haven't seen this specific interview on any of the subsequent DVD, Blu-ray or 4K releases of the film. Best I can tell it is unique to the Collector's edition Laserdisc and the release's Collector's Edition VHS.

This one is a pretty poor transfer, kind of disappointing for a "Collector's Edition". It's watchable, but it's very dark in places (darker than it should be), and very grainy. I haven't compared it against any other editions, so this may be as good as it gets.
