  • Interviews with Wise, Crenna and Andrews are included as audio only features on analog 1. Analog 2 features a Radio featurette and a further, On Set, interview with Andrews.

The complete original roadshow version of "STAR!". Digitally mastered from the 65mm camera negative and six track magnetic stereo soundtrack, under the supervision of director Robert Wise.

Note: Some defective discs are known to exist for SIDE 3/4.

In a lot from the estate of David P. Goldstein (VP-CBS/FOX Home Video) was a complete retail example of Star![1180-85] There were also two additional side 3/4 discs in the lot. One sleeve in Sharpie said, "Defective Disc - No Auto Stops" The other contained a post-it note with: "DG, This replaces the side. 3/4 you have at home (corrected still frame advance) -DM"

As the retail package also still contained a defective disc it is possible for more of these to have made it into circulation. Only the Extras on side 4 seem to be affected.
