There are two versions of this film that have been shown. The 1983 theatrical version, and the 1991 home video version. This disc contains the latter version, which has several instances of profanity removed or covered with alternate takes and is missing about 40 seconds of footage. The only way to get the 1983 theatrical version (which was shown only twice on HBO in 1984) is through bootlegs.
