This LD contains the altered U.S. cut of "No Retreat, No Surrender". It is missing some scenes (mostly plot scenes) but is featuring 1 scene not included in the international cut (Jason and Kelly shopping) and a completely new soundtrack composed by Paul Gilreath instead of the original/international soundtrack composed by Frank Harris. This U.S. cut was available only on VHS and LD until, on February 21st, 2017, a Blu-Ray featuring both the international cut and the U.S. cut was released in North America.

Even though the jacket and the disc say "Extended Play" (CLV), Side 2 actually is Standard Play (CAV). Disc features chapters but no Table of Contents (TOC).
