This disc was made for use in Bally Midway's NFL Football arcade machine -- the one CED-based arcade machine made. The CED provided real-life football footage to be played back when plays were made by the player(s). There is also a teaser at the beginning of the disc that would play to attract patrons. The teams on this one were the Oakland Raiders and San Diego Chargers. There was only one other disc for the game that got made, with the Dallas Cowboys and the Washington Redskins, being housed in an unlabeled blue caddy [---]. The same material is recorded on both sides of the disc (same goes for the blue caddy version).
