This unusual film is a parody of the double features which were popular in the 1930's. It is divided into two "features". The first is a black & white boxing film, "Dynamite Hands". The second is a color musical, "Baxter's Beauties of 1933", with elaborate production numbers. There is an introduction by George Burns before the start of "Dynamite Hands". There is also a "preview of coming attractions" (featuring a black & white World War I aviation film, "Zero Hour") before the start of "Baxter's Beauties of 1933".
