Cover is a portfolio style with flap. Mint marks are hand etched (as a mirror image) on the outer rim.

Side 1 contains the same mono track on both right and left channels. Side 2 contains a mono track on the left channel, and the right channel is silent.

Since this disc was meant to be played on the MCA Discovision PR-7820, the video for each side is on the same side as the label, rather than the label for side 1 facing up meaning side 1 is on the reverse. The PR-7820 has a pickup that reads above the disc, rather than below, which would allow for this
