Additional Information by nems (3)   15/08/2015

Cover is a portfolio style with flap. Mint marks (hand etched in the outer rim) are illegible. Sticker on the cover reads, "This jacket contains one side only. The second side and new jacket will follow in the near future." Content is identical to side two of [GM-131]. This seems to be an early failed attempt at producing that disc, and was released as a stop gap measure.

This disc is encoded only with MCA code and not Philips code. As such playback is only possible on an MCA PR-7820 player, or via "test mode" on a Pioneer player.
