Shortly after the regular editions of Macross Plus hit Japan, Bandai/Emotion released this International Version which features an English dubbed soundtrack with Japanese subtitles and different cover artwork.

There are also liner notes which features each line of English dialogue from the program and the corresponding Japanese subtitles.
