Released by Hitachi.

The first three visual shorts, "Curiosity", "Sincerity", and "Hope" are all repeated on the disc, with some weird chaptering (some chapters combine them while others are separate). This was presumably a visual demo display disc for use with either a television set or a Laserdisc player (or both?) by Hitachi in Japan.
