Additional Information by cyclograph (5)   13/07/2003

Transfered directly from the 2.35:1 anamorphic 35mm print without unsqueezing.

Multiple packaging over the years, from a box to a sleeve... same disc content.

For extended details on the MCA DiscoVision versions of The Great Waldo Pepper, please visit the BLAM Entertainment Web Site.

 Additional Information by blam1 (185)   31/08/2005

The original widescreen theatrical image is transferred with some "Pan & Scan". Not an actual 16x9 "squeeze" title, but a 16x9 display will improve the picture dimensions.

Additional Information by zoinknoise (189)   02/05/2021

The "semi-squeeze" description, as noted in earlier comments, does not apply to the entire film. For example, the lengthy opening credits sequence IS properly un-squeezed and reformatted for 4:3 televisions. Side 5 of my copy is un-squeezed for its entire duration, including the film's end credits.

Additional Information by laserking (42)   26/05/2022

Mint markings are hand-scratched in outer blank area.
