Liner notes are by Tom Weaver.

Jacket states that the laserdisc is presented in the windowbox format to preserve the entire 35 mm image. Both features are windowboxed.

The Human Monster transfer is from a British 35mm nitrate negative owned by Blair and Associates. Both the British and US titles were restored to the 76 minute British version - The Dark Eyes of London. The sound was digitally processed from the 16mm magnetic tracks.

Chamber of Horrors transfer was also a British 35mm nitrate negative owned by Blair and Associates, except for reel six (6) which had noticeable signs of nitrate decomposition. A 35mm fine grain was used to replace the lost segments. Both the US and British title sequences were found and restored to the 86 minute uncut British negative - The Door With Seven Locks. The sound was digitally processed from 16mm magnetic tracks.

Both were supervised by Cary Roan.
