Is There Something I Should Know?
Additional Information by disclord
The sound source used for the LaserDisc master was a time-code interlocked 1/2 inch dbx Type-I Noise Reduction encoded tape running at 15 i.p.s. The final LaserDisc's dynamic range and frequency response greatly exceed that of the LP Album issue and even has better fidelity than the CD releases.
Later remastered and reissued by Pioneer Artists with lossless 16-Bit, 44.1 kHz PCM digital sound, although like Queen: Greatest Flix, the sound of the original CX encoded analog sound disc is superior to the digital edition. Also, this LD contains several videos, such as "Lonely In Your Nightmare", "...Nightboat" and "My Own Way" that were omitted from the 2-disc DVD-Video release.
The picture quality of the CLV Japanese LaserDisc is slightly better than the US release, lacking the horizontal and vertical edge enhancement Pioneer added to the US LaserDisc's image.
