This version contains two new scenes showing Dr. Channard slicing a patient's hand off, and a hammer nailing in Pinhead's nails. In addition, some scenes are also more graphically explicit in this version, including Browning slashing himself with the razor; Tiffany experiencing her flashbacks; Dr. Channard becoming a Cenobite; and blood draining when Pinhead's throat is slashed.
