Although jacket and disc labels do not state it, side 2 is CAV. Jacket art bears a 1988 copyright date and states "Manufactured by 3M", but mint markings indicate Technidisc as manufacturer. Also, disc labels list a 1991 copyright date. This could indicate the title was originally pressed at 3M and then repressed later at Technidisc. I can't be sure, as I have seen no copies with 3M mint marks.
